We are offering store credits for your Shore Smoke Seasonings directly purchased from us (to avoid fraudulent activity) within 14 days from the items purchase date for items that are damaged/uneatable.

Please take note that:

* We do not refund monies, we offer a store credit only for damaged merchandise only.

* Store credit will be for the amount of merchandise purchased and does not include the shipping costs.
